What Is The Empowered Healer’s Path?
The Empowered Healer’s Path is a two-part program designed to meet you where you are. Start with a 5-week book study of Richard Schwartz’s No Bad Parts, and if you wish to deepen your experience, transition into the broader holistic program for further exploration.
The Book Study (5 Weeks)

Purpose: Introduce the foundational concepts of Internal Family Systems (IFS), including how to identify and work with protective and exiled parts of yourself.

Experiential Brainspotting exercises to address emotional overwhelm.

Dates: Tuesdays, starting Feb 18, 6-8pm EST

Cost: $ 60/session. You may pay in all before the series begins at a discounted rate of 10%. Committing to the group means committing to the fees for all scheduled dates. Fees are still collected if you miss a meeting for any reason.

Commitment: When you join, you're agreeing to do your best to attend each meeting from start to finish. Your spot is reserved just for you, and your presence and participation are key to building a strong group culture and keeping things flowing. You'll also be committing to reading the assigned chapters between meetings—but we totally get that life happens sometimes.
